J&M Designs 'Silverscreens' Returns policy
(1) Introduction
We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights which you may have (such as your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Any problems you may have concerning any J&M Designs (Silverscreens) product must be reported to ourselves within 14 days from your invoice date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us first (phone 01274 872151) then return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused (so as to allow for resale as new) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
After inspection (where applicable) we will issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge, however if the product has been used and can not be re-sold as new a 25% handling charge will also be deducted.
Please note:
Any damage to the product will invalidate your warranty and our refund policy.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility (unless otherwise agreed)
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
All refunds are at the discretion of the company (J&M Designs) unless the goods have been returned for manufacturing fault reasons
